Vprint brings your digital memories to life with lab-quality photo prints delivered to your door step.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The standard processing time for an order is 3 to 7 working days. However, if there is a longer queue, extra days may be needed based on the workload. If you require expedited service, please choose the priority option while placing your order.

How much time Express order take?

Selecting an Express option redirects your order to dedicated resource for priority processing. Express order typically processed within 2-5 days. If you require the pictures urgently, please select the Urgent option.

Can my pictures be printed on Matte or Glossy paper?

• Your images will typically be printed on semi-glossy photo paper.

• If you prefer printing on Matte or Glossy paper, you can request this as an additional note when placing your order or confirming the order via email reply.

Why some of the prints are slightly cropped?

Conversion of digital images in to classic photo prints sometimes stretches or shrinks the image because;

• Standard size of professional photograph is 2:3 ratio (eg. 4x6 or 5x7)

• Most DIGITAL CAMERAS shoot in 3:4 which results in prints shorter than the classic frame.

• Photos taken with a MOBILE CAMERA would turn much longer - it will have approximately the shape of your phone (rather slim photo prints)

• Our professional graphic team try their best to print whole image but sometimes slight cropping in unavoidable.

• In order to keep everything in 2:3 size photo paper, image size will reduce leaving behind thick white border. In case you need it as that, please mention that as additional note while ordering or replying to order confirmation email from vprint.orders@gmail.com or orders@vprint.pk

What should be the resolution of my images for quality prints?

To get quality print up to 5x7 inch size of paper, minimum shoot resolution of your digital camera should by at least 8 Mega-pixles (MP) or 1200 pixels in total. In case you are scanning image, your scanner resolution must not be less than 300dpi (dot per inch).

Can I send scan and send old family pictures for printing?

Yes, for sure. Please be assure to set scan resolution to minimum 600 dpi and scan quality to best in your scanner’s setting. Recommended format is JPG or JPEG.

Why does my printed images are slightly darker?

• There are challenges with certain formats and larger-sized pictures when uploading, hence, using email makes it easier to receive images in their original form and follow up with the customer in case of any issues.

• For ease we suggest customer to share their mobile Gmail.

• Moreover, customers also find it more convenient to resend additional images via email using the same order number, which helps save on courier charges.

• Please note in case of additional images, our team will share the revised invoice accordingly.

When comparing printed images to their digital counterparts on computer monitor or phone screen, there are several factors that contribute to the slight differences in appearance. The conversion from the digital RGB colour system to the CMYK printing ink color system can lead to variations in colour and brightness. Additionally, the difference in light properties, such as direct versus reflected light, plays a role. Furthermore, if a monitor's brightness is set too high, images may appear brighter on the screen than they do in the resulting prints. Having said this our professional team do their best to minimise the difference.

Why vPrint ask to share images over email?

Yes you can but sharing images via messaging services like WhatsApp is not recommended because the these platform reduces the image resolution, often leads to poor quality prints.

Can I share pictures over WhatsApp?

What about privacy of my family pictures?

VPRINT will take all necessary steps reasonably possible to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long vPrint keeps my images?

We typically delete images within seven days of your order being received.

Reply that email with your photos as attachment to confirm order.

Yes, you may send pics by clicking chat icon (bottom right).
However we recommend sending by email for best quality prints. Whatsapp decreases picture resolution.
